BRAND
EXPERIENCE
Your brand doesn't exist solely on a screen. It lives in the hands of your customers, across the walls of your space, on the shelves of your stockists and in every piece of communication you send out into the world. These are the touchpoints that turn a brand into an experience, and an experience into something people remember.
Brand experience is where your visual identity is taken beyond just the digital world and brought to life in other unexpected, tactile ways. Each touchpoint is a unique opportunity to reinforce who you are, connect with your audience on a deeper level, and leave an impression no matter where the interaction takes place. I design considered, crafted collateral that ensures your brand shows up consistently and compellingly wherever it needs to be.
WHO IS THIS SERVICE SUITED FOR?
Brand experience is for anyone who wants their brand to exist beyond a screen and make an impression in the physical world. It's the right service if you're:
A business with an established brand identity ready to extend it across physical touchpoints
A founder launching a product or service that needs considered print and packaging design
An established business whose physical collateral no longer reflects the quality of their brand
Anyone who wants their brand to feel as considered and cohesive offline as it does online
HOW
I CAN HELP
Brand experience covers a wide range of physical and digital touchpoints, each one an opportunity to reinforce your identity and connect with your audience in a meaningful way. Whether you need a complete suite of collateral or support with a specific piece, here's a breakdown of what I offer and how each contributes to a more immersive, memorable brand.
PRINT DESIGN
YPrint is far from dead. When done well, it's one of the most powerful ways to make your brand tangible. From business cards to brochures, flyers to fine art prints, I design and oversee print production from concept through to final delivery, ensuring that every piece meets the same standard as the brand it represents.
PACKAGING
Packaging is often the first physical interaction a customer has with your brand, and that moment matters. I design packaging that doesn't just protect a product, it communicates your brand story, creates an unboxing experience worth remembering, and makes your product stand out in the most competitive of environments.
SIGNAGE
From shopfronts to wayfinding, event displays to interior branding, signage is the physical face of your brand in the real world. I design signage systems that are considered, consistent, and built to make an impression, ensuring your brand shows up confidently in every space it occupies.
PUBLICATION DESIGN
Whether it's a brand publication, a coffee table book, or a self-published title, the design of a book is as important as the content within it. I approach book layout and cover design with the same strategic and creative thinking applied to everything else, crafting something that is as compelling to hold as it is to read.
SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN
Consistency across social media is one of the most visible expressions of a well-managed brand. I design social media templates and assets that are on-brand, engaging, and built to work across multiple platforms, giving you a cohesive visual presence that feels intentional whether you're posting a product update or a campaign.
DOCUMENT & DECK DESIGN
First impressions aren't limited to your website. Proposals, presentations, and branded documents are often what a potential client or partner sees before they've even visited your site. I design documents and decks that are clear, professional, and visually aligned with your brand, making sure every piece of communication you send out reflects the quality of your work whether digitally or physically.

Got questions about how this service might apply to your project? Here are some of the things I get asked most often about brand experience. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to get in touch directly.
Not always but it helps significantly. Brand experience work is most effective when it's built on an established visual identity, ensuring everything produced is consistent and cohesive. If you don't have an identity in place yet, that's absolutely fine, brand identity design is something I can help with first. The two work best when developed in sequence rather than in isolation.
Most professional printers require print-ready PDF files with the correct colour profiles, bleed, and crop marks applied. Depending on the product, native files such as AI or InDD may also be requested. Every file I prepare for print is set up correctly for production so you're never left trying to navigate technical print requirements yourself.
Both options are available. I'm happy to manage the print production process on your behalf, working directly with trusted suppliers to ensure the final product meets the standard of the design. Alternatively, if you have an existing print supplier or prefer to manage production yourself, I'll provide you with everything you need to send straight to print without any technical complications.
The more context the better. Ideally you'll need to provide the physical dimensions or a dieline template for your packaging, any technical specifications from your manufacturer, a clear brief on your product and audience, and any legal or compliance requirements. If you don’t have any of this information available, or if you're unsure where to start, that's what the discovery process is for, we'll work through everything together before any design begins.
This is almost always down to colour profiles. Screens display colour using RGB while print uses CMYK, and the two don't translate directly. Without converting your artwork to the correct print-ready colour profile before sending to production, colours can appear washed out or noticeably different to what you see on screen. All artwork I produce for print is prepared with the correct profiles as standard. Read more about this practice here.
Print requires a much higher image resolution than screen. Images that look sharp on a monitor are typically 72 DPI, while professional print requires a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size. Using low resolution images in print-ready artwork is one of the most common causes of poor print quality. I can help to check and resolve this before anything goes to production.
Yes. All social media templates are designed to be fully editable so you can manage your own content with ease. Templates are built to reflect your brand accurately, using the right colours, typography, and layout, while being straightforward enough for anyone to use without full design experience. You'll also receive guidance on how to use them effectively as part of the handoff.
Consistency comes from having a strong visual identity and clear brand guidelines to work from. Every piece of work produced to enhance your brand experience is guided by your established brand system, ensuring that colours, typography, layout, and tone all align across every format and application. If your guidelines aren't yet in place, that's something we can address before any work begins. Take a look at my brand design service to learn more.
Your brand deserves to exist beyond just a screen. If you're ready to build something tangible and impossible to ignore, let's start the conversation.
