PROJECT BREAKDOWN
Seif required a strong brand identity and a personal platform that set him apart from the crowded third-party sites where his portfolio became lost among the countless lists of other voice actors. He wanted a professional image that reflected the high quality of his talent while concretely establishing his presence in his industry. More than just for visibility, he sought a website he could fully control; one that not only showcased his skills but also served as a gateway to create and provide new opportunities.

CREATIVE INSIGHT
Even though this may seem like as a simple project at first glance, we invested a significant amount of time into developing a robust strategy for Seif's new business approach. This opened up some interesting pathways that eventually inspired the direction for the logo design and the layers of storytelling we able to build within the design as a result. Being a personal brand and understanding Seif's intentions, we knew we wanted to create something ownable. The agreed approach was to set out and design some sort of monogram, combining the letters 'S' and 'Z', which gave us the creative opportunity to find an inventive way to incorporate subtle nods to Seif's work and skill set. The 'S' in the monogram was designed in a three-tiered shape to subtly evoke the appearance of lines in a script (one of the most common tools of his trade), and the 'Z' was then integrated into the negative space of this letter form. Additionally, subtle design elements were then added, allowing for speech bubbles to be incorporated into the mark to help frame the 'Z' letter which symbolically represented Seif’s services; the art of speech and voice acting. His website was designed around a 'no nonsense' strategy that introduced users straight into his voice work, his service and how he works. We designed a simplistic yet informational one page site that cut the fat and clearly defined his offering to provide him with the tools to confidently go to market and no longer rely on third party services to generate leads for his business.
